All Applicants are interviewed and must complete an application before acceptance.

riteria will be applied uniformly to all applicants and will be used for the basis of final acceptance of the application.

  • Criminal Background
  • Comments from prior landlords
  • Comments from present landlords
  • Comments from other references

 

Applicant understands and represents:

  • That this application is complete and contains all material facts
  • Applicant hereby gives full permission to verify the information set forth therein
  • with the business and personal references stated
  • Applicant represents that statements and information set forth herein are true,
  • and correct
  • Lloyd Property Management, at its option, may investigate and verify such
  • information before and after renting to the applicant
  • APPLICANT AGREES THAT IF S/HE RENTS SUCH RENTAL MAY BE CANCELED BY LLOYD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE EVENT THAT ANY STATEMENT OR INFORMATION FURNISHED BY THE APPLICANT IN THIS APPLICATION IS FALSE.

 

DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT /HOLDING FEE AGREEMENT

Upon application approval, the primary applicant, including any additional roommates agree the that Holding deposit will be automatically withdrawn from the provided debit/credit card, check, or money order. An additional Security deposit or Move-In fee may be required at the time of move-in. I(we) understand that if the application is accepted(approved) and I do not complete a lease agreement or cancel my rental within 72 hours of acceptance/approval I forfeit the holding fee portion of my deposit.
